Our culinary team curates a menu built on dry-aged beef and a nod to Rhode Island's “Ocean State” heritage, with a variety of ocean steaks — swordfish, halibut, and tuna. We proudly resurrect Rhode Island's famous swordfish chops, which earned global recognition when introduced at New York City's Park Avenue Café in the early 1990s — making Double Barrel Steak both a seafood house and a steakhouse. We also embrace The Preserve's outdoor experiences with seasonal game on the menu.
